TAP PUBLISHING

Web Developer, Crossville, TN [ June 2000 - Present ]
Develop, design and maintain successful subscription and public web sites as part of the web development team. Lead the marketing of WeatherTAP, a subscription weather service with clients such as The Weather Channel, the United States Air Force, and NASCAR. Develop and design custom web sites for clients of TAP Publishing, both hand-coding and with content management systems. Co-developed and
maintain the company intranet. Created Flash demonstrations of TAP’s web and software products.

TAP PUBLISHING

Creative Services Coordinator, Crossville, TN [ April 1997 - June 2000 ]
Designed and coordinated the printing of direct mail, ads, onserts, postcards and other marketing pieces supporting five international publications. Marketing director for WeatherTAP.com from launch to its current position as an industry leading, online subscription weather service, twice recognized as “Best of the Web” by Forbes Magazine. Organized and represented all divisions of TAP Publishing at trade shows in Norway, Scotland and across the U.S.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY PLAYHOUSE

Director of Marketing & Public Relations, Crossville, TN [ September 1993 - April 1997 ]
Successfully administered and executed press materials, media relations, publications, direct mail marketing, publicity and archival photography, public speaking, volunteer coordination and special event planning for an internationally known, non-profit professional theater with year-round programming, plus a concert series and festival. Actively pursued development opportunities, securing corporate and media sponsorships, resulting in 20% growth in corporate sponsorship in a single year.
